Binding Rulings:

If you have any questions or concerns on classifications of your items, let us request a Binding Ruling on your behalf. US Customs Service will issue a ruling and provide the appropriate HTS Tariff number. This ruling is then binding with Customs, in every Port in the country.

This report is very flexible and can include any pertinent information such as the All-Ways reference number, your reference number as well as the container or Bill of Lading numbers of your shipments. We can provide information on vessel ETA's, dates of Customs & OGA releases, or dates the B/L's and D/O's are delivered. You may, of course customize this report to any format that meets your company's needs.
